Driving Log
Keeping a driving log in Yester is simple, whether you use a personal car or a company vehicle.
The driving log helps you keep an overview of all trips in one system, without the need for separate spreadsheets.
- For personal vehicles, trips can be entered one by one or combined into a report for a selected period. The approval process and sending data to accounting are just as flexible and can be done several times a month or at the end of the month. If needed, driving log data can also be used for further analysis.
- Trips made with a company vehicle can be recorded quickly and conveniently in the system. All information is stored in one place, clearly and without delays, and maintaining the driving log takes very little time from daily work.
Clear overview of business trips
Vehicle information and related documents can be added to the system. If a user has more than one car, details for each vehicle can be added separately, and the appropriate vehicle can be selected when registering a trip. A driving limit can be set for each employee, and rules can be defined, for example whether the vehicle can be used during vacation or not.
The system makes the entire process smooth and easy to follow. Department managers can see an overview of their department’s limits, monthly usage, and submitted trips. Employees can see their personal usage, and the system calculates with each trip how much of the limit has been used and how much remains.
